Group Application

An outreach servant will communicate with the group leader via the supplied Email to go through the details of the visit.

  • Fill this application only once per group.
  • It may take 2-3 working days for the outreach servant to get back to you.
  • A Signed letter from the group’s priest will be requested during the process.
  • Filling this application is only step 1 in the process & doesn’t guarantee the groups’ spot.
